You may place cups, travel mugs, or small beverage cans securely in the dedicated cup holders engineered into the interior console of your Kia EV2.

WARNING

Hot Liquids

Do not place uncovered or open cups filled with hot liquid in the cup holders whilst the vehicle is in motion. If the hot liquid splashes or spills unexpectedly, you could suffer painful burns. A driver who is suddenly burned could lose control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of an accident.

WARNING

Keep beverage cans or glass bottles completely out of direct sunlight, and never leave them inside an enclosed, hot vehicle cabin. Pressurised containers could easily expand and explode under high temperatures.

NOTE

  • To prevent accidental spillage and staining, keep all of your drinks tightly sealed whilst driving the Kia EV2. If liquid manages to spill and seep into the vehicle’s sensitive electrical or electronic control systems, it can cause severe component damage.

  • When cleaning up spilled liquids or sticky residues, do not use external heating devices or hair dryers to dry the cup holder compartments quickly, as this may distort or damage the surrounding plastic trim.

Removable cup holder partition

You can flexibly utilise the removable partition inside the Kia EV2 to conveniently divide the lower storage area according to your immediate travel needs and container sizes.

To remove or adjust the position of the partition, simply pull it upward out of its retention groove.

When the internal partition is reconfigured to different adjustment levels, various everyday items, cups, or bottles can be safely stored:

  • Level 1: Slim items with a width of 20 mm or less can be neatly stored, such as a modern smartphone or parking cards.

  • Level 2 (default): Standard medium-sized coffee cups and beverage cans can be securely held in place.

  • Level 3: Extra-large tumblers or tall beverage bottles can be comfortably accommodated within the expanded space of the Kia EV2 storage compartment.

Rear sliding cup holder: (if equipped)

Pull the smooth sliding cover forward to reveal the hidden beverage holder integrated into the rear seating area of the Kia EV2. When the cover is returned to its fully closed position, the compartment can be safely utilised to conceal and store small personal items.
