• Visually inspect the condition, tread depth, and inflation status of your tyres.

• Verify that the path behind your vehicle is completely clear of people, pets, and obstacles before you intend to reverse.

Before starting

• Close and securely lock all passenger doors before departure.

Loose objects

Always stow luggage, equipment, and personal belongings securely inside your Kia EV2 storage compartments. Unsecured items can slide or fly forward during sudden braking or sharp cornering, rolling under the footwells to jam the pedals and cause an accident.

NOTE

When stopping or stationary with your Kia EV2 left in the POWER ON position, take care not to hold the accelerator pedal depressed for an extended period. Doing so can cause thermal overload in the high-voltage power electronics system, potentially creating a fire hazard.
