NOTE

Inflate the tyres to the specified pressure and remove any loads from the vehicle except the driver, spare tyre, and tools.

The vehicle should be placed on a perfectly flat floor surface to ensure accurate calibration.

Draw vertical lines (Vertical lines passing through respective head lamp centers) and a horizontal line (Horizontal line passing through centre of head lamps) on the aiming screen.

With the head lamp and battery in normal operating condition, aim the head lamps so the brightest portion falls precisely on the intersection of horizontal and vertical lines.

To aim the low beam left or right, turn the adjustment screwdriver (1) clockwise or counterclockwise. To aim the low beam up or down, turn the adjustment screwdriver (2) clockwise or counterclockwise.

Turn the low beam on without driver aboard.
The cut-off line should be projected in the exact position shown in the reference picture.
When aiming the low beam, vertical aiming should always be adjusted after completing the horizontal adjustment.
Disengage the parking brake and shift to N (Neutral). In addition, if a headlamp levelling device is equipped, adjust the headlamp levelling device switch to 0.
