The electric cooling fan motor is automatically managed by precise electronic control units monitoring vehicle coolant temperature, air conditioning refrigerant pressure, and current vehicle speed. As the powertrain coolant temperature drops, the electric fan motor will automatically deactivate, which is entirely normal operational behavior for your Kia EV2.
